115 Saulter

Shaping up to be just one out of a handful of flagship developments that would help transform the underutilized Port Lands area into the city's next architectural wonderland.

About

115 Saulter Street South is located within the McCleary District of the Port Lands - an area of Toronto's eastern waterfront that is currently underutilized and subject for redevelopment.

One standout feature of the proposal is its plan to incorporate over 4,600 square metres of Production, Interactive, and Creative (PIC) uses, proposed to be flexibly designed to accommodate workshops, offices, and other related uses.

The site is bound by four unique streets, positioning it to benefit from foot traffic and transit in all directions.

Location

Located at 115 Saulter Street South, the site sits at a dynamic intersection of four future streets, offering exceptional connectivity and visibility. It is easily accessible by foot, bike, and public transit, with the upcoming Ontario Line set to further enhance links to the downtown core.

Project Status Update

We are currently seeking an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment. The application was submitted to the City of Toronto’s Committee in April 2025.

Production, Interactive, and Creative

The proposed PIC (Production, Interactive, and Creative) space will deliver 4,600 square metres of flexible, purpose-built environments for studios, workshops, and creative offices—designed to support a wide range of production and innovation-focused uses. These uses will complement the established film and creative industries in the Port Lands, reinforcing the area’s role as a growing hub for culture and film.
